Handbook Change Areas You Need to Review

  • Paid Leave

  • Drug and Alcohol policies

  • Telework policies

  • Temporary policies

  • Workplace harassment

Review Your Employment Application

  • Does it contain the appropriate disclaimers and disclosures?

  • Check your application for prohibited inquires

    • Salary history

    • Ban the Box

    • Fair chance legislation

Other Reminders

  • The minimum wage increased in 26 states.

  • Have you hired more people, changing your requirements?

  • Have you added government contract-triggering additional requirements?
