HR really starts with one employee. We support all sizes of companies whether you need an answer to just a quick question or whether you have up to 125 employees with no HR, we can first assess your needs at no charge and create a program designed to help your company.

We generally start by doing what we call an HR MRI™️. It is an assessment of where you are now. Laws change based on the number of employees you have so we make sure you are following the federal and state laws that apply to you.

We use a service called EffectiveHiring®. We have a separate website which describes the process you can use and do the work yourself to save the most money in hiring or which we will use to do the hiring if you don’t have the time to do the hiring. Whichever way you choose, we save you a minimum of 50% over recruiters who charge 25 to 35% of the hires’ first-year salary.

Pretty much all. We are not a payroll company nor do we sell employee benefits. We will help you manage these vendors, however. Other than this, if it touches employees in any way, we can handle it on your behalf.

HR is industry agnostic and so are we. We work with companies just starting their journey into the joys of having employees until they reach around 150 employees. If you are at the higher level, we believe you really need a full-time employee which we would be happy to hire for you.
