Employee Handbook
Our employee handbook software is managed by Jackson Lewis, a large Labor relations company. They provide us continuous updates as the laws change. We review these on a quarterly basis and suggest when the company should update and alert their employees.
USA - As the laws for the US Government and each state change, the handbook software provides the updates to each handbook. It is important if your client has employees that operate even virtually out of different states that there is a state addendum for that state.
Canada - We do have a Canadian template for Ontario only that is updated as the laws change but it not managed by Jackson Lewis or our handbook software platform.
Suggested Retail Price: $3,500, $895 Annual update and hosting after year one, $1700 for Spanish translation.
Distributor Price: $2,750 for the initial handbook, $750 for Annual update and hosting after year one, $1700 for Spanish translation

Training: the $3500 includes the first year of online hosting so employees can have access on-line. The $895 price includes updating the handbook annually so all new laws are included as well as including additional policies. It also includes hosting. We do offer a translation to Spanish by an HR Consultant. There is no markup by us to the client.
